The theme for Minerva’s 2024 webinar series is on Worker Well-Being. Minerva’s fourth webinar was held on December 4th focused on Leadership Insights – Unveiling Minerva’s Rising Stars of 2024 in Safety management and which can be viewed here.

2023 WebinarsThe theme for Minerva’s 2023 webinars series is Intentional Leadership Through Culture, Safety and Innovation.
Minerva’s third webinar was held on December 5, 2023 focused on Leadership Insights: Unveiling Minerva’s Rising Stars of 2023 in Safety Management. The webinar included an interview with 2023 Rising Star winner Alyssa Grocutt from Queen’s University. It also included a panel discussion on a wide variety of Health and Safety topics with two of the Rising Star finalists Gabriella Risi from Canada Post Corporation and Jennifer Spies from Superior Trenching Ltd. Sandro Perruzza from the Ontario Society of Safety Engineering and a Minerva Board member hosted the webinar and moderated the panel discussions.
Minerva’s second webinar was held on September 20, 2023 focused on Thriving Amidst Today’s Societal Pressures and the Aftermath of the Pandemic: Mastering Intentional Leadership.
Speakers included Nada Vuckovic from Siemens Canada and Byron House from Bruce Power and a Minerva Canada Board member. Alison Wall from Service Hospitality and also a Minerva Canada Board member hosted the webinar.
Minerva’s first webinar was held on March 29th at 1 PM ET. The webinar was entitled Using Empathic Leadership to Tackle Five of Today’s Most Pressing Workplace Challenges.
Speakers included McGill’s Dr. Anita Nowak and Jennifer Quaglietta, CEO of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Three Minerva webinars are planned this year focused on Change and the impact it can have on culture, learning, work and people.
First webinar was held on March 2nd focused on “Managing Changes in Culture and the Way We Learn“.
Speakers included Emad Rizkalla, CEO of Bluedrop and Bill Holmes, a Minerva Board member and Assoc. Professor, Royal Roads University.
The webinar was hosted by Kim Gould from Canada Post and a Minerva Board member.
Our second webinar was a panel discussion held on June 1st focused on the Redefinition of Work.
Panelists included Ana Reyes, Global H&S Director –Northland Power Inc., Christopher Spasoff, OHS Lawyer – F2 Legal Counsel and Derrick Leue, CEO- PROLINK Insurance.
The panel discussions were moderated by Bill Holmes, a Minerva Board member and Assoc. Professor, Royal Roads University.
Our third webinar was held on October 26th and focused on Shepherds of change and their role in Sustainable Workplaces.
Speakers included Dr. Johanna Pagonis, CEO of Sinogap Solutions Leadership Consulting and Sandro Peruzza, Minerva Board member and CEO of Ontario Society of Professional Engineers
The webinar was hosted by Daniel Liao , Dean at Saint Lawrence College and a Minerva Board member.
